A chi arrivano i dati
WhatsApp è un servizio di WhatsApp Ireland Ltd (gruppo Meta), che tratta i messaggi secondo la propria informativa e può trasferire dati negli Stati Uniti sulla base dell'EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Il sito è ospitato su un server del titolare in Italia; le connessioni passano in forma cifrata attraverso la rete di Tailscale Inc. (Stati Uniti), che vede gli indirizzi IP ma non il contenuto delle pagine. Per le prenotazioni, i dati vanno alle autorità indicate sopra e al nostro commercialista. Non vendiamo dati e non li usiamo per pubblicità.
Per quanto tempo
Le richieste che non diventano prenotazioni vengono cancellate entro 12 mesi. I documenti fiscali sono conservati per 10 anni, come richiesto dalla legge. Gli altri dati delle prenotazioni sono conservati solo per il tempo previsto dalla legge.

Who receives your data
WhatsApp is a service of WhatsApp Ireland Ltd (Meta group), which processes messages under its own privacy policy and may transfer data to the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. The site is hosted on the controller's own server in Italy; connections pass, encrypted, through the network of Tailscale Inc. (United States), which sees IP addresses but not page content. For bookings, data goes to the authorities above and to our accountant. We do not sell data or use it for advertising.
How long we keep it
Requests that do not become bookings are deleted within 12 months. Tax records are kept for 10 years, as the law requires. Other booking data is kept only as long as the law requires.
Your rights

Empfänger
WhatsApp ist ein Dienst der WhatsApp Ireland Ltd (Meta-Gruppe), die Nachrichten nach ihrer eigenen Datenschutzerklärung verarbeitet und Daten auf Grundlage des EU-US Data Privacy Framework in die USA übermitteln kann. Die Website läuft auf einem eigenen Server des Verantwortlichen in Italien; die Verbindungen laufen verschlüsselt über das Netz der Tailscale Inc. (USA), die IP-Adressen, aber keine Seiteninhalte sieht. Bei Buchungen gehen Daten an die oben genannten Behörden und an unseren Steuerberater. Wir verkaufen keine Daten und nutzen sie nicht für Werbung.
Speicherdauer
